Buyer Terms

When you buy from a Stand storefront, you are supporting a parent-supervised kid business. These Buyer Terms apply to your purchase. Stand storefronts are operated by Stand Kids, Inc. ("Stand") under the parent or legal guardian account associated with the kid's business.

1. Who You Are Buying From

Stand storefronts may offer different types of products. Most are made on demand and fulfilled by Stand's print-on-demand partners (Printful for apparel, stickers, and other apparel products; Printify for jewelry like the oval pendant and the natural-stone-bead bracelet). The product page or checkout will explain which applies.

Children may help create and promote their Stand businesses, but each storefront is connected to a parent or legal guardian account. You are transacting with the parent's account, not directly with the child.

2. Pricing and Payment

Prices are shown at checkout. Taxes, shipping, and any applicable fees are calculated at checkout and shown before you confirm payment.

Payment is processed through Stripe (and Stripe Connect for the kid's storefront). Stand does not see or store your full credit card number. By placing an order you authorize the charge to the payment method provided.

3. Shipping and Fulfillment

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Most products require production time before they ship, since they're made to order. Products may be fulfilled by Stand's third-party print-on-demand providers, shipping carriers, or — for parent-managed offerings — directly by the parent operating the business. We currently ship to US addresses only.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

4. Returns and Refunds

Refund and return rules may vary by product type. Customized, personalized, made-to-order, print-on-demand, or digital products may not be returnable unless they arrive defective, damaged, or materially different from what you ordered.

If something is wrong with your order, contact hello@standkids.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo (where applicable). We will work with the fulfillment provider to repair, replace, or refund where appropriate.

5. How to Interact With a Stand Storefront

Stand storefronts are operated by families. Please communicate respectfully. You may not:

  • Try to contact a child directly outside approved Stand flows
  • Ask a child for personal information (last name, home address, school, phone, email, social media)
  • Send inappropriate, unsafe, harassing, or adult content
  • Threaten, shame, pressure, or bully a child or family
  • Attempt to move communication into unsafe or unapproved channels

Stand may cancel orders, issue refunds, block users, disable accounts, or take other action if a customer violates these rules or creates safety concerns.

6. Privacy

Information you provide at checkout (name, email, shipping address, payment details) is used to process, support, and fulfill your order and is handled in line with Stand's Privacy Policy. Stand does not sell customer personal information.

For order fulfillment, we share the shipping name, address, and product details with the print-on-demand provider that produces the item. We do not share your information with third-party advertisers.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stand's liability to you in connection with any storefront order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Stand is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.
